  1. ArabianAdvanced๐ŸŸ๏ธ Floor๐ŸŽฌ 7

Arabian performed on the ground. Half-twist into a front flip, entered from a backward takeoff (backflip 180).

  2. Cart FullAdvanced๐ŸŸ๏ธ Floor๐ŸŽฌ 11

Cart Full performed on the ground. Cartwheel into a full-twisting layout.

  3. Flash KickAdvanced๐ŸŸ๏ธ Floor๐ŸŽฌ 4

A backflip that finishes as a kick: the body flips backwards with a hard arch while one leg kicks over the top, so the kicking leg touches down first and the other steps down just behind it โ€” gymnasts know the same shape as a backflip step-out. The trick lives or dies on the arch. The arms drive up with the chest tall and extended, the stomach stretches out, and the kick waits until the ground comes into view; rushing the kick is the classic mistake and lands the trick short and heavy on the knee or ankle. From upside down the leg drives straight and hard at the floor while the head pulls up, which is what creates the hovering look as momentum trades from upper body to legs and back. Common routes in are a solid backflip, a macaco grown into a back handspring step-out, or an aerial. The landing leg stays slightly bent, and the second foot rolling down right after is correct โ€” forcing a one-leg-only landing is how ankles get hurt.

  4. GainerAdvanced๐ŸŸ๏ธ Floor๐ŸŽฌ 4

How to standing gainer: a backflip while moving forward.

  5. Gainer SwitchAdvanced๐ŸŸ๏ธ Floor๐ŸŽฌ 4

A gainer taken off a switched leg โ€” the swing leg and post leg trade roles. Performed on hard floor โ€” the standard tricking surface, which grades this at its full difficulty.

  6. JacknifeAdvanced๐ŸŸ๏ธ Floor๐ŸŽฌ 4

Tricking's double-kick showpiece: a single cheat-setup jump that fires a round kick and then a hook kick before landing. The set and takeoff are the same as a 540 โ€” leg and arms lifting together โ€” with the total rotation of a cheat 720. The details that separate a real jacknife from a flailing one repeat across coaches: the first knee drives straight up for lift, the round kick snaps across like a roundhouse and retracts immediately, because a leg left hanging out freezes the hips and kills the spin โ€” which is why thinking of it as a 540 with a bonus hook fails. After the round, the head whips hard toward the twisting side to find the target for the hook, the arms keep pulling in through the turn instead of countering, and the hips turn fully over so the hook comes out open rather than as a lazy crescent. Every tutorial gives the same quality rule: a bad kick travels up the progression line, so the tornado, narabong, 540 and cheat 720 each need to look right on their own first.

  7. BoxcutterAdvanced๐ŸŸ๏ธ Floor๐ŸŽฌ 3

A cork hyperhook โ€” an off-axis back twist finished with a sharp hooking kick. Performed on hard floor โ€” the standard tricking surface, which grades this at its full difficulty.

  8. Cheat 900Advanced๐ŸŸ๏ธ Floor๐ŸŽฌ 8

A cheat-setup spin kick totalling 900 degrees of rotation โ€” roughly 360 in the step and 540 in the air โ€” finished with a roundhouse rather than a hook. The cheat setup does most of the work: the back foot steps around onto the ball of the foot, the head turns to find the target again, then a hard jump off the base leg sends the other knee shooting upward. Airborne, the arms pull to the twisting shoulder and the legs squeeze together so the chambering knees wrap around each other, while the eyes keep hunting the target โ€” spotting at takeoff and again coming around is what snaps the head and speeds the spin. The fault every coach warns about is releasing too early: swapping the chamber knee or throwing the kick before about three-quarters of the spin bleeds all the rotation away. The kick itself extends with full hip turnover as the arms fly out to cancel the twist. Standard prerequisites are the tornado kick and a backside 540 round.

  9. Rodeo CorkAdvanced๐ŸŸ๏ธ Floor๐ŸŽฌ 2

Cork thrown with a rodeo-style chest-down lean through the twist.

  10. Snapu SwipeAdvanced๐ŸŸ๏ธ Floor๐ŸŽฌ 2

Snapu swipe (raiz swipe twist): a sideswipe with an added twist, requiring a solid sideswipe first.
