Inward 360 Dive Roll

4 · Advancedparkour🌱 Grass

The inward 360 dive roll turns a single-leg takeoff into a full inward rotation that lands in a diving handstand and dissolves into a roll. The kicking leg decides everything: jumping off one foot and driving the other high across the body sets the twist toward that kicking side, while the eyes find the ground early to spot the hand plant. The dive is caught briefly in a handstand β€” feet kept up to preserve momentum β€” then one arm collapses to steer the body over the shoulder and into the roll out. The step coaches agree is hardest is that handstand-to-roll transition, and the shared key is patience: falling as long as possible before turning, since turning early breaks the rotation, and a correct roll comes out quiet and smooth. Solid rolls, a confident handstand and the ability to dive into one are treated as entry requirements, and first attempts belong on grass or mats, never concrete.
