B-Twist

1 · Beginnertricking🀾 Garden Trampoline

A b-twist (butterfly twist) is a full 360 twist ridden on the flat butterfly-kick axis, with the chest facing the bed mid-spin and the body laid out near horizontal. The setup winds across the body: a pivot onto the lead foot pointed in the direction of travel, then the back leg driving up hard as the jump leaves the bed. The twist starts the instant of takeoff β€” one elbow rips backward while the other arm throws across the chest, the head leads the turn, and keeping the arms pulled in tight is what brings the rotation around in time. A garden trampoline removes the deep dip needed on grass, since the bounce supplies the lift, and an under-rotated attempt simply rolls onto the back, so the move can be repeated freely until the spin completes. Coaches name the butterfly kick as the essential prerequisite because it grooves the exact axis the twist rides on.
