360 Regrab

2 Β· NoviceparkourπŸ‹οΈ Bar

A swinging bar release in which the body spins a full 360 in the air and both hands catch the same bar. Airtime comes from pulling up with straight arms at the peak of the swing until the head rises above the bar, and the release has to go straight up rather than drifting back, so the hands come down where they left. The spin is driven by turning the head over the shoulder and pulling the arms in tight; the catch is most reliable when the hand with the longer path around reaches for the bar first, letting the other hand follow on its own. Because most learners have the spin before the nerve to grab, standard progressions release and regrab without twisting, spin 180 to the ground, then touch the bar after a full spin before committing to the catch.
